John Snyder has 40+ years of industry expertise in health care executive leadership with both health systems and health plans. John is a Senior Advisor to the CEO at Wellth and a Senior Advisor at BDC Advisors. Previously, John led Sanford Health Plan (SHP). Under his leadership, SHP strengthened its integrated partnership with the Sanford provider system, becoming an invaluable partner in the organization’s overall strategic approach to value-based care. This included the development and launch of SHP’s Medicare Advantage product, which received a 4.5 star rating from CMS within its first 2 years, earning SHP a place on the U.S. News and World Report list of top Medicare Advantage insurers.
Prior to SHP, John held dual roles as president and CEO of Health Alliance Medical Plans and Executive Vice President/System Chief Operating Officer with Carle Health System.
As SVP of Growth and Strategy at Wellth, Dinesh supports the strategy, sales, marketing and customer success teams that partner with Wellth’s clients. These teams focus on providing our clients with empathy based solutions that harness the power of behavioral economics to reduce the cost of care while improving health equity and outcomes for members.
Prior to working at Wellth, Dinesh held leadership positions at digital health startups including Wellframe, Zipongo and Eliza, and also worked as a territory manager and field trainer at Medtronic Diabetes and Pfizer.
